Return & Replacement Policy
1. Eligibility
- Returns are only accepted for products that arrive defective or damaged from our side.
- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
2. Replacement Process
- If your product is defective, contact our support team at whatsapp with your order details and photos of the defect.
- Our team will provide instructions for returning the defective product.
- A replacement product will be sent once we receive and inspect the defective item.
3. Important Note
- Refunds are not available. Only a replacement product will be provided in case of defects.
