Return & Replacement Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted for products that arrive defective or damaged from our side.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

2. Replacement Process

  1. If your product is defective, contact our support team at whatsapp with your order details and photos of the defect.
  2. Our team will provide instructions for returning the defective product.
  3. A replacement product will be sent once we receive and inspect the defective item.

3. Important Note

  • Refunds are not available. Only a replacement product will be provided in case of defects.
